Rebel factions shelled Halab al-Jadida and Minian neighborhoods of Aleppo city. According to the Syrian Arab News Agency, six civilians were killed and nine were wounded by the shelling.
‘Afrin Liberation Forces’ (Hêzên Rizgariya Efrînê) released a new statement claiming that the group conducted an operation against the Turkey-backed Free Syrian Army in Afrin region. Full statement released by the group;
HRE reported in a written statement that their troops carried out on July 13 a sniper operation targeted a mercenary of Ahrar al-Sham in the Shera District of Afrin canton.
The troops said that the mercenaries named Abu Iman.
The troops said they will hold the Turkish occupation army and its mercenaries accountable for to their practices against the people of Afrin.

Vehicle-borne improvised explosive device wounded two individuals in Al-Sur in eastern Deir al-Zour.
Unknown gunmen targeted a Russian Military Police’s patrol on the road between Bosra al-Sham and Al-Sahwa in eastern Daraa. The targeting didn’t cause any casualties.
Maidan Wardak Province:
Afghan National Security Forces reportedly killed 20 and wounded three elements of the Islamic Emirate of Afghanistan (Taliban) in Jaghatu district.
Islamic Emirate of Afghanistan conducted a large-scale attack against the Afghan National Security Forces, targeting the administration center of Musa Khel and several nearby posts. According to the Islamic Emirate of Afghanistan’s Al-Emarah News, 28 elements of the Afghan National Security Forces were killed and 30 were wounded in the encounters.
Five elements of the Afghan Local Police surrendered to the Islamic Emirate of Afghanistan in Pashtun Zarghun district.
