Suicide vehicle-borne improvised explosive device targeted Internal Security Forces’ center in the city of Manbij. According to reports, one element of the Internal Security Forces was killed and four were wounded by the explosion. Six civilians were also reportedly wounded in the incident.
Vehicle-borne improvised explosive device killed a civilian in the city of Al-Bab in northern Aleppo.
Unknown gunmen kidnapped a doctor on the road between the villages of Taqad and Muklibis in western Aleppo.
Left over Islamic State’s improvised explosive device killed one and wounded one civilian in Al-Taminat district of Raqqa city.
Hayat Tahrir al-Sham repelled a Syrian Arab Army’s infiltration attempt on Kabani front in northern Latakia. Reports claimed that several elements of the Syrian Arab Army were killed and wounded in the encounter.

Islamic State ambushed a group of Syrian Arab Army’s elements in Al-Sawana area, south of Palmyra city. According to the Islamic State’s Amaq Agency, 20 elements of the Syrian Arab Army were killed and three vehicles were destroyed in the ambush.
Islamic Emirate of Afghanistan’s (Taliban) Al-Emarah News stated that the group captured the administration center of Seuyrie district from the Afghan National Security Forces. According to Al-Emarah News, 19 elements of the Afghan National Security Forces were killed and 27 were wounded in the encounter.
Islamic Emirate of Afghanistan’s snipers killed three elements of the Afghan National Security Forces in Chinar and Tanawchi areas of Shah Wali Kot district.
