Aleppo:

Al-Jaysh al-Watani al-Suri’s (Syrian National Army) Faylaq al-Thalith (Third Corps/Legion) arrested seven elements of the YPG in the village of Maarisa al-Khatib. The arrested elements are reportedly part of a cell, which consists of 15 elements and is stationed in a cave near the village of Kafr Maz. Faylaq al-Thalith seized several improvised explosive devices, grenades, and snipers in the cave, while the search for the remaining elements of the cell continues.

Idlib:

Hayat Tahrir al-Sham released Ahrar al-Sham’s commander, Abu Azzam Saraqib and six other elements of the group from Binnish. Abu Azzam Saraqib was arrested almost eight months ago by Hayat Tahrir al-Sham.

Hama:

Last night, unknown missiles, supposedly launched by the Israel Defense Forces targeted Al-Liwa 47 (47th Brigade) on Jabal Maarin, Sahlab, and Nahr al-Bared, as well as Al-Malikiyah area in Aleppo governorate. Main target of the attack were the Iranian Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps and affiliated militias, which used the 47th Brigade as base. Reports suggest that 18 IRGC‘s military advisers were killed, while unconfirmed reports claim that at least 40 individuals were killed and more than 70 wounded by the targeting of the aforementioned localities.

Homs:

Syrian Arab Army’s artillery and Syrian Arab Air Force targeted Talbisah, Al-Rastan, Deir Ful, Al-Ghantu, Al-Majdal, Izz al-Deen, Al-Zafrana, and Al-Houla in the rebel Northern Homs pocket. According to the Syrian Civil Defense (The White Helmets), six civilians were killed by the targeting of Al-Rastan, while the targeting of Al-Ghantu and Izz al-Deen killed two civilians.

Negotiations Committee of the Northern Homs pocket reached another temporary ceasefire agreement with Russia, after a meeting between the two at Al-Dar al-Kabira crossing. The two sides agreed that the ceasefire will last until tomorrow, when the two sides are expected to conclude negotiations regarding the future of the Northern Homs pocket.

Damascus:

Hayat Tahrir al-Sham and Syrian government reached an evacuation agreement, regarding the former’s evacuation from Al-Yarmouk camp to Idlib, in exchange for evacuation of individuals in Fuah and Kafraya. According to the reports, around 400 elements of Hayat Tahrir al-Sham and their families will be evacuated towards Idlib, while around 5000 fighters and civilians from Fuah and Kafraya will be evacuated towards Aleppo. Hayat Tahrir al-Sham will also release 85 individuals currently detained in the village of Eshtabraq. Syrian Arab News Agency stated that 22 buses entered Idlib through Al-Eis crossing, in preparations to evacuate the first batch of individuals from Fuah and Kafraya, which will reportedly consist of around 1200 individuals.

Afghanistan

Faryab Province:

Afghan National Security Forces killed six elements of the Islamic Emirate of Afghanistan (Taliban), including commander Mohammad Alam in Almar district.

Islamic Emirate of Afghanistan launched an offensive against the Afghan National Security Forces in Shesh Tapa, Chaqno, Faizabad, Qazi Qashlaq, Baloch and Qarachi areas of Shirin Tagab district, as part of the group’s newly launched nation-wide spring operation ‘Operation Al-Khandaq’. Islamic Emirate of Afghanistan overran the palace of General Abdul Malik, an office of Hizb-e Azadi-ye Afghanistan (Freedom Party of Afghanistan), and three checkpoints.

Jowzjan Province:

Islamic Emirate of Afghanistan’s improvised explosive device killed four and wounded one element of the Afghan National Army in Faizabad district.

Kunduz Province:

Afghan National Security Forces killed seven and wounded six elements of the Islamic Emirate of Afghanistan in Qalay-I-Zal district. Among the seven killed elements are two Islamic Emirate of Afghanistan’s commanders; Ishaq and Mawlavi Mansour, as well as financial officer of the group, Mullah Ayubi.

Badakhshan Province:

Afghan National Security Forces killed Islamic Emirate of Afghanistan’s commander, Qari Abdul Wahab in Raghistan district.

Baghlan Province:

Afghan National Security Forces killed 14 and wounded 11 elements of the Islamic Emirate of Afghanistan in Dand Shaabuddin and Cheshme Shir areas. One of the 14 killed elements was the Islamic Emirate of Afghanistan’s commander, Sayed Agha.

Islamic Emirate of Afghanistan attacked an Afghan National Security Forces’ convoy and destroyed three vehicles in Pul-e Khomri district.

Kapisa Province:

Afghan National Security Forces reportedly cleared the villages of Narouzkhil, Firouzkhil, Sahib Zade Gan, Pashai, and Qataran in Tagab district from the Islamic Emirate of Afghanistan’s presence. According to the Afghan Ministry of Defense, 25 elements of the Islamic Emirate of Afghanistan were killed, five wounded, and five arrested in clashes for the aforementioned villages.

Kabul Province:

Two Islamic State’s elements conducted suicide attacks in the city of Kabul. Afghan Ministry of Interior Affairs stated that 21 individuals were killed and additional 41 wounded, while the Kabul’s Afghan National Police stated that 25 were killed and 45 wounded in the two attacks.

Islamic Emirate of Afghanistan’s improvised explosive device targeted an Afghan National Army’s armored vehicle and wounded four soldiers in Mussahi district.

Laghman Province:

Afghan National Security Forces killed two elements of the Islamic Emirate of Afghanistan in Alishang district.

Nangarhar Province:

Afghan National Security Forces killed two elements of the Islamic State in Deh Bala (Haska Meyna) and Khogyani districts.

Two Islamic State’s improvised explosive devices killed an element of the ‘National Directorate of Security’ and wounded an officer of the Afghan National Police in Bahsud area of the city of Jalalabad, capital of Nangarhar Province.

Maidan Wardak Province:

Afghan National Security Forces killed three elements of the Islamic Emirate of Afghanistan in Nirkh district.

Islamic Emirate of Afghanistan’s improvised explosive device targeted an Afghan National Army’s vehicle and wounded three soldiers in Jalrez district.

Logar Province:

Islamic Emirate of Afghanistan attacked an Afghan National Army’s checkpoints in Mohammad Agha district, killing two and wounding four soldiers in the process.

Badghis Province:

Afghan National Army’s commander Sakhi, and 19 other elements of the army defected to the Islamic Emirate of Afghanistan in Hamyun Khan area of Qadis district. The defectors handed over 19 assault rifles to the Islamic Emirate of Afghanistan. This defection brought a large area under the control of the Islamic Emirate of Afghanistan.

Ghazni Province:

Afghan National Security Forces killed 33, wounded 19, and arrested four elements of the Islamic Emirate of Afghanistan, as well as destroyed two vehicles in Deh Yak, Gelan, Andar, and Khwaja Umari districts, according to the Afghan Ministry of Defense.

Islamic Emirate of Afghanistan’s sniper killed an element of the Afghan National Police in Shalgar district.

Farah Province:

Afghan National Security Forces killed one and wounded one element of the Islamic Emirate of Afghanistan in Bala Buluk district.

Zabul Province:

Afghan National Security Forces killed 20 and wounded six elements of the Islamic Emirate of Afghanistan in Daychopan district, according to the Afghan Ministry of Defense.

Helmand Province:

Afghan National Security Forces killed an element of the Islamic Emirate of Afghanistan, as well as destroyed two fighting positions and several weapons depots and ammunition caches in Lashkar Gah district.
