Vehicle-borne improvised explosive device killed one and wounded 15 civilians near a restaurant in the city of Afrin.
Syrian Arab Air Force conducted air raids over Ariha, Tarmala, Umm Nair, Maar Shurin, and Maarat al-Numaan. According to the Syrian Civil Defense (The White Helmets), four civilians were killed and 18 were wounded by the air raids over Ariha.
Syrian Arab Army launched an attack against Hayat Tahrir al-Sham and Al-Jabhat al-Wataniya lil-Tahrir (National Liberation Front) on Tell Malah and Al-Jubain fronts in northern Hama. According to reports, the Syrian Arab Army captured Tell Malah from rebel factions.

Islamic State claimed responsibility for yesterday’s suicide attack against the Syrian Arab Army in Maliha al-Attash. According to the Islamic State’s Amaq Agency, eight elements of the Syrian Arab Army were killed and ten were wounded, while the Syrian Arab News Agency stated that the attack only wounded several elements.
Left over improvised explosive device targeted a group of Syrian Arab Army’s elements, during combing operations at Khatib farm near the village of Tarba. The explosion reportedly killed five and wounded two elements of the Syrian Arab Army.
Afghan National Security Forces killed seven and wounded 14 elements of the Islamic Emirate of Afghanistan (Taliban) in Nawdara village of Qaysar district.
Islamic Emirate of Afghanistan reportedly overran ten Afghan Local Police’s checkpoints in Kolyan, Kala, Toghla Mast, and Wablak Qashlaq areas of Bilchiragh district. According to the Islamic Emirate of Afghanistan’s Al-Emarah News, 25 elements of the Afghan Local Police were reportedly killed and 25 were wounded in the encounters.
Islamic Emirate of Afghanistan conducted a ‘suicide vehicle-borne improvised explosive device’ operations against Afghan National Police’s headquarters in Ab Band district. According to the Islamic Emirate of Afghanistan’s Al-Emarah News, 39 elements of the Afghan National Security Forces were killed and wounded in the encounter.
