‘Afrin Liberation Forces’ improvised explosive device wounded four elements of the Free Syrian Army’s Firqat al-Hamza on the road between Kimar and Barad in northern Aleppo.
Improvised explosive device killed a civilian in the village of Raqqa al-Samra, east of Raqqa city.
Hayat Tahrir al-Sham executed two individuals in the city of Sarmada. The individuals were executed on charges of kidnapping, murder, and theft. One of the two executed individuals was an Iraqi national.
Improvised explosive device seriously wounded a former judge of Hayat Tahrir al-Sham, Abu Ali Murads near Al-Ihsan hospital in the city of Saraqib.
Improvised explosive device killed three civilians in Ayyash area in southern Deir al-Zour.
Unknown gunmen attacked a Syrian Arab Army’s checkpoints near the city of Al-Karak al-Sharqi in eastern Daraa. There are no reports about casualties on either side.
Libyan National Army reportedly took control of Suq al-Khamis, Qasr bin Ghashir, Wadi al-Rabea, Tripoli International Airport, and several other areas towards the city of Tripoli from the forces loyal to the Government of National Accord.

Islamic Emirate of Afghanistan (Taliban) attacked an Afghan National Police’s prison and nearby headquarters in Murghab district. Five elements of the Afghan National Police were killed and four were wounded, as clashes between the two continue. Islamic Emirate of Afghanistan’s Al-Emarah News stated that 24 elements of the Afghan National Security Forces surrendered to the group in the area during the past two days.
Islamic Emirate of Afghanistan captured an element of the Afghan National Police in Sanhin Dorahi area of Jerashk district.
Islamic Emirate of Afghanistan’s snipers killed four elements of the Afghan Local Police in Arowgh area of Khakrez district.
