Aleppo:

Third batch of evacuated rebel elements and their families from Yalda, Babbila, and Beit Sahem south of Damascus arrived at Abu al-Zindeen crossing near the city of Al-Bab in northern Aleppo. The batch reportedly consisted of around 2708 rebel elements and civilians, who will be transferred to temporary camps for internally displaced persons in Afrin region.

Free Syrian Army’s Ahrar al-Sharqiya clashed with Al-Waki family in the city of Al-Bab, after the former’s elements arrested one of the members of the latter’s family in the city. Two elements of Ahrar al-Sharqiya were wounded in the initial clashes and were transferred to Al-Hikma hospital, which was then stormed by Ahrar al-Sharqiya. Ahrar al-Sham reportedly entered Al-Bab in an attempt to mediate the dispute between the two parties. Reports suggest that six civilians were killed and more than 20 wounded by the clashes between the two parties.

Two elements of the Free Syrian Army’s Liwa al-Shamal defected to the Syrian Democratic Forces’ Manbij Military Council in northern Aleppo.

Traffic accident occurred between a National Defense Forces’ military transport vehicle and a fuel tanker on the Ithriya – Khanasir road. Reports suggest that 27 elements of the National Defense Forces were killed and a dozen wounded in the incident.

Raqqa:

Unknown gunmen opened fire on a Syrian Democratic Forces’ checkpoint in the village of Al-Salhabiya and wounded two elements.

Homs:

Rebel factions in the Northern Homs pocket handed over six tanks, three armored vehicles, and two ZSU-23-4 (Shilka) to the Syrian Arab Army, as part of the evacuation / reconciliation agreement between the two sides. Evacuation of rebel fighters and civilians in the pocket that do not want to reconcile with the Syrian government is expected to start tomorrow.

Deir al-Zour:

Syrian Democratic Forces reportedly captured Jabal al-Baghouz in eastern Deir al-Zour from the Islamic State.

Damascus:

Fourth batch of rebel elements and their families started evacuating from Yalda, Babbila, and Beit Sahem south of Damascus, towards northern Aleppo. Syrian Arab News Agency stated that 50 buses carrying fighters and civilians left the aforementioned localities towards northern Syria.

Syrian Republican Guard’s field correspondent and photographer, Wassim Issa was wounded as he was covering Syrian Arab Army and allies’ advances in southern Damascus against the Islamic State.

Islamic State’s Amaq Agency stated that more than ten elements of the Syrian Arab Army were killed as they tried to advance in Al-Yarmouk camp, south of Damascus. Similarly, the agency released a statement claiming that 27 elements of the Syrian Arab Army were killed in clashes at the outskirts of Al-Hajar al-Aswad, Al-Tadamon, and Al-Yarmouk camp. Daily situation in Al-Yarmouk camp can be found here.

Daraa:

Several rebel factions (battalions) in the city of Al-Hara merged and formed Thalif Burkan al-Hara, which belongs to the Free Syrian Army. The newly-formed alliance consists of Liwa Fajr al-Deen, Katibat al-Radae, Liwa al-Shahid Abu Saleh, Liwa Shumukh Houran, Liwa Fursan al-Haq, Katibat al-Shahid Abu Qasem, Katibat Ansar al-Haq, Katibat Umm al-Yatama, and Katibat al-Mujahideen.

Al-Suwayda:

Improvised explosive device targeted a Syrian Arab Army’s bus carrying elements on the road between Buraq and Al-Sura al-Kabira. The explosion reportedly killed eight elements, including two commanders of the Syrian Arab Army’s 150th Air Defense Regiment.

Afghanistan

Faryab Province:

Improvised explosive device killed one and wounded seven civilians in Bishkek area of Almar district.

Badakhshan Province:

Afghan National Security Forces killed 15 and wounded 17 elements of the Islamic Emirate of Afghanistan (Taliban) in Kohistan district, according to the Afghan Ministry of Defense.

Nangarhar Province:

Islamic State assassinated Mawlavi Karim, imam of a mosque in the village of Hadi Kheil in Chaparhar district. Islamic State’s Amaq Agency claimed that an Islamic Emirate of Afghanistan’s commander was assassinated in Hadi Kheil village.

Logar Province:

Islamic Emirate of Afghanistan’s sniper killed an element of the Afghan National Army in Charkh district.

Khost Province:

Improvised explosive device targeted a voter registration center inside of Yaqubabi mosque in the city of Khost. According to the reports, 12 civilians were killed and 33 wounded in the explosion.

Herat Province:

Islamic Emirate of Afghanistan ambushed Afghan National Army’s elements in Aziz Abad area of Shindand district. One element of the Afghan National Army was killed and another one wounded in the ambush.

Ghazni Province:

Afghan National Security Forces killed 25 and wounded 13 elements of the Islamic Emirate of Afghanistan, as well as discovered 17 improvised explosive devices in the province, according to the Afghan Ministry of Defense.

Urozgan Province:

Afghan National Security Forces killed eight elements of the Islamic Emirate of Afghanistan, as well as destroyed two camps, two vehicles, a motorcycle, and several weapons depots and ammunition caches in the province.

Islamic Emirate of Afghanistan’s snipers killed three elements of the Afghan National Police in Garam Ab and Seydano areas of Khas Urozgan district.

Zabul Province:

Afghan National Security Forces killed seven and wounded three elements of the Islamic Emirate of Afghanistan in Daychopan district.

Islamic Emirate of Afghanistan’s sniper killed two elements of the Afghan National Army in Kochinie Sharah area of Seuyrie district.

Helmand Province:

Afghan National Security Forces killed six, wounded two, and arrested three elements of the Islamic Emirate of Afghanistan, as well as seized two vehicles, a motorcycle, 20 kilograms (44 pounds) of opium, and several weapons depots and ammunition caches in Jerashk and Nahri Saraj districts.

Islamic Emirate of Afghanistan repelled an Afghan National Army and Afghan National Police’s offensive in Mateki area of Nad Ali district, reportedly destroying an armored personnel carrier, as well as killing and wounding more than 17 elements.

Islamic Emirate of Afghanistan’s improvised explosive device destroyed an Afghan National Police’s motorcycle and killed two policemen in Makhtar Kala area of Lashkar Gah district.

Islamic Emirate of Afghanistan’s snipers killed three elements of the Afghan National Army in Nawa-I-Barakzayi district.
