Aleppo:

Al-Jaysh al-Watani al-Suri’s (Syrian National Army) representative of the Public Prosecutor’s Office, judge Mahmoud Dunya stated that the office started to return stolen property & goods from the city of Afrin to its owners, as well as started to prosecute elements involved in the robberies and looting of the city of Afrin. Dunya also stated that the office returned stolen vehicles and goods to 20 individuals, after they provided documents proving their ownership. The stolen property & goods are stored in garages of the Military Court in the city of Azaz, north of Aleppo.

Raqqa:

Reports suggest that French military personnel entered Tell Abyad, as well as Manbij in Aleppo governorate, in order to protect the Syrian Democratic Forces from attacks by Turkey and Turkey-backed Free Syrian Army. The same reports suggest that the United States Army’s military personnel withdrew from the aforementioned localities, and were replaced by the French personnel.

Idlib:

Russian Air Force and Syrian Arab Air Force conducted air raids over Ariha, Al-Asadiyah, Al-Sukariyah, Al-Barah, Jisr al-Shughur, Urum al-Jawz, and Al-Mastoumah. According to the Syrian Civil Defense (The White Helmets), two civilians were killed and seven wounded by the air raids over Ariha, while two civilians were reportedly killed and five wounded by the air raids over Al-Asadiyah.

Hayat Tahrir al-Sham repelled Suqour al-Sham’s attack on Khan al-Sabil, south of Idlib.

Afghanistan

Faryab Province:

Afghan National Security Forces killed three and wounded two elements of the Islamic Emirate of Afghanistan (Taliban) in Kohistan district.

Kunduz Province:

NATO warplane reportedly conducted air raids over Daftani village in Archi (Dasht-e Archi) district, targeting a mosque where Islamic Emirate of Afghanistan’s elements gathered. According to the reports, the air raids killed 15 and wounded 15 elements of the Islamic Emirate of Afghanistan, as well as killed 50 and wounded 150 civilians.

Islamic Emirate of Afghanistan’s improvised explosive device destroyed National Directorate of Security’s vehicle and killed three elements in the city of Kunduz.

Kapisa Province:

Afghan National Security Forces killed two, wounded two, and arrested six elements of the Islamic Emirate of Afghanistan in Tagab district.

Laghman Province:

Islamic Emirate of Afghanistan’s improvised explosive device killed an element of the Afghan National Army in Alingar district.

Nangarhar Province:

Paktia Province:

Islamic Emirate of Afghanistan’s improvised explosive device wounded two elements of the Afghan Local Police in Zazi Aryub district.

Herat Province:

Afghan National Security Forces killed four and wounded three elements of the Islamic Emirate of Afghanistan, as well as seized eight motorcycles in Chishti Sharif district.

Ghazni Province:

Islamic Emirate of Afghanistan captured an Afghan Local Police’s post in Shalgar district, reportedly killing one and wounding several elements of the local police. Islamic Emirate of Afghanistan seized a PK machine gun, two assault rifles, and large quantities of ammunition from the post.

Paktika Province:

Islamic Emirate of Afghanistan assassinated National Directorate of Security’s commander and wounded another element in Jani Khel district.

Urozgan Province:

Afghan National Security Forces killed three and wounded four elements of the Islamic Emirate of Afghanistan, as well as destroyed a base and several weapons depots and ammunition caches in Khas Urozgan district.

Islamic Emirate of Afghanistan reported that 40 elements of the Afghan National Police and Afghan Local Police surrendered to the group in several areas of Chinarto district. Islamic Emirate of Afghanistan received 24 assault rifles, and RPG launcher, and large quantities of ammunition from the elements who surrendered.

Helmand Province:

Afghan National Security Forces killed three and wounded one element of the Islamic Emirate of Afghanistan, as well as destroyed two vehicles, 20 fighting positions, and 33 improvised explosive devices in Nad Ali and Jerashk districts.

Kandahar Province:

Afghan National Security Forces wounded three elements of the Islamic Emirate of Afghanistan and destroyed a vehicle in Nesh district.

CJTF-OIR:

CJTF-OIR announced a change in their publishing policy. Now two strikes reports will be published each week, on Mondays and Fridays.

Amaq Agency:

Pakistan:

Islamic State’s Amaq Agency stated that four Christians were assassinated in the city of Quetta, provincial capital of Balochistan.

Yemen:

Islamic State’s sniper reportedly killed an element of Ansar Allah (Houthis) in Al-Dahra area of Al-Qarishiyah directorate, north of Al-Bayda.
