Aleppo:

Hayat Tahrir al-Sham and Jabhat Tahrir Suriya (Ahrar al-Sham and Harakat Nour al-Deen al-Zenki) restarted clashing around Darat Izza, Arhab, and Maklabis in western Aleppo, after the newest ceasefire agreement between the groups was violated. Jabhat Tahrir Suriya accused Hayat Tahrir al-Sham of detaining three members of its delegation, who were supposed to meet with Hayat Tahrir al-Sham’s delegation, as a part of the newest ceasefire agreement mediated by Faylaq al-Sham and several scholars. This event prompted Jabhat Tahrir Suriya to launch attacks against Hayat Tahrir al-Sham in the three aforementioned areas. Jabhat Tahrir Suriya stated that a Hayat Tahrir al-Sham’s BMP and another vehicle were destroyed, as well as two tanks damaged in today’s clashes.

Hama:

Syrian Arab Army entered Taqsis, Al-Amarah, Al-Mashdah, Al-Jumqaliyah, Jour al-Jumqaliyah, and Jour Abu Dardah in southern Hama, after the locals expelled rebel fighters from the localities. Officials in the aforementioned localities signed a reconciliation agreement with the Syrian government, which led to the locals expelling rebel fighters.

Turkish Armed Forces’ delegation entered northern Hama from Khan Sheikhoun (Shaykhun) and visited Kafr Zeita and Al-Lataminah, inspecting surrounding areas for the future establishment of an observation point in the region. The delegation was accompanied by Faylaq al-Sham, Ahrar al-Sham, and Free Syrian Army’s Jaysh al-Izza while in northern Hama.

Deir al-Zour:

National Defense Forces captured Al-Faydah village south of Al-Mayadeen from the Islamic State.

Damascus:

Evacuation of Faylaq al-Rahman’s elements and their families from Douma in the East Ghouta to Idlib through Al-Wafideen camp took place today. According to the reports, between 1000 and 1100 Faylaq al-Rahman’s elements and civilians were evacuated towards Idlib.

Evacuation of Jaysh al-Islam’s elements and their families from Douma in the East Ghouta to Jarabulus through Al-Wafideen camp is expected to start, despite the yesterday’s reported denial of the evacuation by Jaysh al-Islam’s head of the political bureau, Mohammed Alloush. Syrian Arab News Agency stated that 20 buses carrying 1065 fighters and civilians went through Al-Wafideen camp, in preparations for the evacuation towards Jarabulus.

Iraq

Kirkuk:

Islamic State’s Amaq Agency stated that an improvised explosive device killed three elements of Al-Hashd al-Shaabi (Popular Mobilization Units) and destroyed a vehicle near the village of Abu al-Jis, in the vicinity of Al-Hawija.

Baghdad:

Iraqi Security Forces conducted operations in Awairij, Al-Amiriyah, Al-Kilo 31, Albu Ubaid, and Albu Masafir areas, in the vicinity of Baghdad. Security forces found two improvised explosive devices and a quantity of C-4 with several mobile devices. Several wanted individuals were also arrested in the operations.

Afghanistan

Faryab Province:

Islamic Emirate of Afghanistan (Taliban) arrested an element of the Afghan Local Police in Lashi area of Lawlash district.

Jowzjan Province:

Islamic State killed two and wounded nine elements of the Afghan Local Police in Derzab district.

Kunduz Province:

Nuristan Province:

Islamic Emirate of Afghanistan’s improvised explosive device wounded three elements of the Afghan Local Police in Kamdesh district.

Kunar Province:

Two elements of the Afghan National Army defected to the Islamic Emirate of Afghanistan with their weapons in Wata Pur district.

Nangarhar Province:

Islamic Emirate of Afghanistan attacked Afghan National Police’s headquarters of Momand Dara district and several checkpoints surrounding it. One element of the Afghan National Police was killed and five elements of the Afghan Local Police wounded, while one element of the Islamic Emirate of Afghanistan was killed in the encounters.

Maidan Wardak Province:

Islamic Emirate of Afghanistan’s sniper killed an element of the Afghan National Army in Saydabad district.

Logar Province:

Afghan National Security Forces killed two and arrested five elements of the Islamic Emirate of Afghanistan in Mohammad Agha district.

Paktia Province:

Afghan National Security Forces killed three elements of the Islamic Emirate of Afghanistan in Zurmat district.

Badghis Province:

Islamic Emirate of Afghanistan arrested an element of the Afghan National Army in Qadis district.

Ghazni Province:

Afghan National Security Forces killed three and wounded eight elements of the Islamic Emirate of Afghanistan in Qarabagh district. Islamic Emirate of Afghanistan killed two and wounded three elements of the Afghan National Army in Qarabagh district.

Islamic Emirate of Afghanistan assassinated Afghan Local Police’s commander, Baz Mohammad Khaksar and three other elements of the police, as well as destroyed a vehicle in Gelan district.

Urozgan Province:

Afghan National Security Forces killed six elements of the Islamic Emirate of Afghanistan in Deh Rawud district.

Helmand Province:

Afghan National Security Forces killed 16 elements of the Islamic Emirate of Afghanistan, as well as destroyed a vehicle, a motorcycle, and an IED factory in Kajaki, Jerashk, and Nad Ali districts.

Kandahar Province:

Afghan National Security Forces killed 15 elements of the Islamic Emirate of Afghanistan, including the group’s commander Lal Mohammad in Nesh and Giri districts.

Islamic Emirate of Afghanistan ambushed and killed Afghan National Army’s commander Bashir in the 14th Police District of the city of Kandahar.

CJTF-OIR:

CJTF-OIR announced a change in their publishing policy. Now two strikes reports will be published each week, on Mondays and Fridays.
