Aleppo:

Jabhat Tahrir Suriya (Ahrar al-Sham and Harakat Nour al-Deen al-Zenki) and Hayat Tahrir al-Sham clashed today around Darat Izza in western Aleppo. Jabhat Tahrir Suriya claimed destruction of a Hayat Tahrir al-Sham’s 23 mm machine gun, during the clashes around Darat Izza.

Idlib:

Syrian Arab Air Force and Russian Air Force conducted air raids over Al-Dana, Ariha, Jisr al-Shughur, Muhambal, and Al-Rakaya. According to the Syrian Civil Defense (The White Helmets), three civilians were killed and seven wounded by the air raids over Ariha.

Hayat Tahrir al-Sham raided Al-Rahma camp near the village of Kafr Lusin, and arrested three individuals from Qalaat al-Madiq in Hama governorate. The three individuals were arrested on the charges of belonging to Jabhat Tahrir Suriya. Hayat Tahrir al-Sham continued searching the camp, trying to find more wanted individuals.

Hama:

Traffic accident occurred between a truck carrying vegetables and three buses carrying Faylaq al-Rahman’s elements and their families from Arbeen in the East Ghouta towards Qalaat al-Madiq crossing. The traffic accident took place on Nahr al-Bared road near Beit Yashout. According to the reports, five individuals from the East Ghouta were killed and more than 20 wounded in the accident. Furthermore, four elements of the Syrian Arab Red Crescent were also wounded in the incident.

Damascus:

Eight and final batch of Faylaq al-Rahman’s elements and their families were evacuated from Arbeen in the East Ghouta to Idlib. Syrian Arab News Agency stated that 2935 individuals, including 927 fighters were evacuated today. Syrian Arab News Agency also stated that 6276 individuals, including 1968 fighters were evacuated in total yesterday.

Syrian Arab Army’s General Command officially announced that Jobar, Zamalka, Arbeen, and Ain Terma are under the control of the Syrian Arab Army, after Faylaq al-Rahman’s elements and their families evacuated the localities through Arbeen crossing towards Idlib.

Syrian Arab Army freed eight individuals, who were imprisoned by Faylaq al-Rahman in Arbeen.

Daraa:

Clashes erupted between Jaysh al-Mutaz, belonging to the Free Syrian Army’s Jaysh al-Thawra and Abu Musa al-Tarshan’s group, Saifullah al-Maslul claiming to be affiliated with the Free Syrian Army. Clashes between the two started after Saifullah al-Maslul’s elements opened fire and killed Jaysh al-Mutaz’s commander, Hamza al-Zubani at the former’s checkpoint on the outskirts of Al-Yadoudah. Clashes between the two continue and have resulted in the closure of the road between Al-Yadoudah and Muzayrib, as Saifullah al-Maslul refuses to hand over the elements responsible for Al-Zubani’s death.

Iraq

Kirkuk:

Iraqi Federal Police, backed by Al-Hashd al-Shaabi (Popular Mobilization Units) launched operations against the Islamic State and Al-Rayat al-Bayd (White Flags) south of Kirkuk. However, reports suggest that the Islamic State ambushed Al-Hashd al-Shaabi’s units preparing the join the operations. According to these reports, 11 elements of Al-Hashd al-Shaabi were killed and four vehicles destroyed in the ambush.

Baghdad:

Iraqi Security Forces conducted operations in Al-Arasan area, south of Baghdad. Security forces found a left over Islamic State’s RPG launcher and three grenades. Several wanted individuals were arrested in the operations.

Afghanistan

Faryab Province:

Two groups of the Afghan Local Police reportedly clashed between themselves in Yangi Kala area of Qaysar district. Reports suggest that one element of the Afghan Local Police was killed and four wounded in the infighting.

Kunar Province:

Afghan National Security Forces killed two elements of the Islamic State in Dara-I-Pech district.

Nangarhar Province:

Islamic State assassinated a commander of the Afghan Local Police in Ghani Khel district.

Logar Province:

Afghan National Security Forces killed two elements of the Islamic Emirate of Afghanistan (Taliban) in Mohammad Agha district.

Ghor Province:

Residents of seven villages in Chahar Sada district pledged their allegiance to the Islamic Emirate of Afghanistan. The aforementioned villages contain around 500 families, under the leadership of Habibullah, Mavlavi Gul Muhammad, and Mula Gul Ahmad. Residents and the leadership of the villages handed over 150 weapons to the Islamic Emirate of Afghanistan.

Ghazni Province:

Afghan National Security Forces killed 11 and wounded 12 elements of the Islamic Emirate of Afghanistan, as well as destroyed several weapons depots and ammunition caches in Qarabagh and Khogyani (Wali Muhammadi Shahid) districts.

Zabul Province:

Islamic Emirate of Afghanistan’s shelling of Kandahar – Kabul highway in Mala Muhammad Kili area of Shah Joy district reportedly killed one and wounded two elements of the Afghan National Army.

Islamic Emirate of Afghanistan’s improvised explosive device killed four elements of the Afghan National Army in Bawryano area of the city of Qalat, capital of Zabul Province.

Helmand Province:

Afghan National Security Forces killed two elements of the Islamic Emirate of Afghanistan, as well as destroyed a vehicle and several weapons depots and ammunition caches in Nad Ali district. Islamic Emirate of Afghanistan ambushed Afghan National Security Forces’ supply convoy in Shin Gul Charrahi area of Nad Ali district, destroying an armored personnel carrier. Separately, Islamic Emirate of Afghanistan’s sniper killed an element of the Afghan National Army in Shahid Charrahi area of Nad Ali district.

Kandahar Province:

Islamic Emirate of Afghanistan’s improvised explosive device destroyed Afghan National Army’s vehicle on the road towards Spin Boldak district in Shorandam area of the 5th Police District in the city of Kandahar. The explosion reportedly killed six and wounded five elements of the Afghan National Army.

CJTF-OIR:

CJTF-OIR announced a change in their publishing policy. Now two strikes reports will be published each week, on Mondays and Fridays.

Amaq Agency:

Libya:

Islamic State’s suicide attack targeted Libyan National Army’s checkpoint in the city of Ajdabiya, south of Benghazi. Islamic State’s Amaq Agency stated that 19 elements of the Libyan National Army were killed and wounded in the attack, as well as several vehicles destroyed.
