Hayat Tahrir al-Sham reportedly arrested the commander in chief of the Free Syrian Army’s Free Idlib Army, Colonel Afif Suleiman at a checkpoint near Darat Izza in western Aleppo. Suleiman was arrested as he was on his way to Idlib from Afrin.
Syrian Arab Army reportedly captured Abu Raidi and Hasraya from Hayat Tahrir al-Sham and Al-Jabhat al-Wataniya lil-Tahrir (National Liberation Front). However, Hayat Tahrir al-Sham launched a counterattack on Hasraya with a ‘suicide vehicle-borne improvised explosive device’ as clashes between the two continue around the locality, while Al-Arbein is considered as disputed. Syrian Arab Army also reportedly captured Al-Musharifa, east of Kernaz.

Israeli Defense Forces shelled Tell Bariqa in western Al-Quneitra. According to the Syrian Arab News Agency, the shelling only caused material damage.
Unknown gunmen assassinated the mayor of Jallin, Mohammed Musa Omran in the locality.
Unknown gunmen killed two and wounded one element of the Syrian Arab Army in an attack on a checkpoint between Tasil and Adwan.
Unknown gunmen wounded two civilians in the city of Al-Suwayda.
Afghan National Security Forces killed nine and wounded eight elements of the Islamic Emirate of Afghanistan (Taliban) in Chahar Bolak and Chimtal districts.
Islamic Emirate of Afghanistan overran an Afghan National Security Forces’ checkpoint in Spin Masjid area of Shah Joy district. Eight elements of the Afghan National Security Forces were killed in the encounter.
CJTF-OIR announced a change in their publishing policy. Now one strike report will be published each week on Mondays.
