One civilian was wounded in clashes between two families in the village of Abyan Saman in western Aleppo. The clashes started after a dispute between the two families regarding the purchase of fuel. Hayat Tahrir al-Sham reportedly arrested several individuals that participated in the clashes.

Turkish Border Guards / Gendarmerie (Jandarma Genel Komutanlığı) opened fire on a group of smugglers near Salah al-Deen camp in Khirbet al-Jawz area. Two individuals were reportedly wounded by the border guards.
Improvised explosive device killed four and wounded 16 civilians near Kabul University in the city of Kabul.
Islamic Emirate of Afghanistan (Taliban) conducted a large raid against the Kandahar Police Headquarters. The raid started with a ‘suicide vehicle-borne improvised explosive device’. According to the Islamic Emirate of Afghanistan’s Al-Emarah News, over 100 elements of the Afghan National Security Forces were killed and wounded in the raid. Afghan Ministry of Interior stated that at least 59 civilians were also wounded in the incident.
CJTF-OIR announced a change in their publishing policy. Now one strike report will be published each week on Mondays.
