Vehicle-borne improvised explosive device killed 12 and wounded 43 civilians near the eastern entrance to Afrin city.
Vehicle-borne improvised explosive device wounded 12 civilians near the church of the Virgin Mary in the city of Al-Qamishli.
Syrian Arab Air Force conducted air raids over the city of Jisr al-Shughur and the village of Al-Kefir in western Idlib. According to the Syrian Civil Defense (The White Helmets), five civilians were killed and 27 were wounded by the air raids.
Al-Jabhat al-Wataniya lil-Tahrir (National Liberation Front), backed by Hayat Tahrir al-Sham captured Al-Hamamiyat and the nearby Tell al-Hamamiyat from the Syrian Arab Army. Al-Jabhat al-Wataniya lil-Tahrir released a statement claiming that they repelled six Syrian Arab Army’s attempts to recapture Al-Hamamiyat.

Afghan National Security Forces killed two elements of the Islamic State in Khogyani district.
Maidan Wardak Province:
Afghan National Security Forces killed six elements of the Islamic Emirate of Afghanistan (Taliban) in Nirkh district.
12 elements of the Afghan Local Police surrendered to the Islamic Emirate of Afghanistan in Aana area of Taywara district.
Afghan National Security Forces killed three elements of the Islamic Emirate of Afghanistan in Andar district.
Islamic Emirate of Afghanistan attacked an Afghan National Security Forces’ convoy in Khush Hal Killi area of Nad Ali district. According to the Islamic Emirate of Afghanistan’s Al-Emarah News, 15 elements of the Afghan National Security Forces were killed and wounded, as well as an armored personnel carrier destroyed in the attack.
CJTF-OIR announced a change in their publishing policy. Now one strike report will be published each week on Mondays.
