Military events/news are listed below by the governorates:
Dispute between families Al-Aidu and Junaid in Marea, resulted in the killing of a commander of Kataib ahl al-Sunnah (part of Jabhat al-Shamiyah), Mustafa Farouh (Abu al-Walid al-Marei) and injury of 12 individuals. Farouh was killed as he was attempting to resolve the dispute between the two families. Farouh played a prominent role in the fight against the Islamic State in northern Aleppo and prevented the group from entering the city of Marea.
CJTF-OIR conducted four air raids targeting the headquarters of the Al-Qaeda affiliated Hurras al-Deen group in Reef al-Muhandiseen area, west of Aleppo city. Reports stated that the air raids completely destroyed the headquarters, also killing four elements of the group and wounding eight civilians. The killed elements were identified as; Abu Yahya al-Jazairi, Abu Dhar al-Masri, Abu Omar al-Tunisi, and Abu Dujana al-Jazairi.

Syrian Arab Army arrested a former element of the Free Syrian Army at a temporary checkpoint in the city of Ghabagheb in northern Daraa. After the arrest happened, residents of the locality closed the nearby M-5 highway, burned tires, and protested in front of the building of the ‘Political Security’ in Ghabagheb.
Afghan National Security Forces reportedly killed 45 elements of the Islamic Emirate of Afghanistan (Taliban) in Sholgara district.
Islamic Emirate of Afghanistan overran an Afghan National Security Forces’ military center and four posts in Padgah and Kando areas of Ajristan district.
Islamic Emirate of Afghanistan overran two Afghan Local Police’s post in Neli area of Taywara district. Three elements of the Afghan Local Police were killed and two were wounded in the encounter.
Afghan National Security Forces reportedly killed 13 elements of the Islamic Emirate of Afghanistan in Zerok district.
Islamic Emirate of Afghanistan overran the new administration center of Maruf district. Islamic Emirate of Afghanistan’s Al-Emarah News stated that the attack started with a vehicle-borne improvised explosive device. According to Al-Emarah News, 57 elements of the Afghan National Security Forces were killed and 11 were arrested in the encounter. Islamic Emirate of Afghanistan seized five armored vehicles and three pickups from the center.
