‘Afrin Liberation Forces’ (Hêzên Rizgariya Efrînê) released a new statement claiming that the group conducted three operations against the Turkey-backed Free Syrian Army in northern Aleppo. Full statement released by the group;
On 8th June, a sniper unit of our forces targeted the so-called leader of a military police unit. The name of the targeted individual is Mehmmud Camus. The mission was carried out on the road in the town of Mabata. The mentioned terrorist was killed by our sniper.
On June 8th a heavy weapons unit of our forces targeted a central and strategic military base of the invading Turkish army in the village of Kiljibrin of the Ezaz region. As a result of this operation 1 Turkish soldier was killed and 3 members of a group of Turkish-backed jihadists by the name of “55 brigade” were injured.
On June 8th a sabotage unit of our forces carried out an operation against a military vehicle belonging to a group of Turkish-backed jihadists under the name of El Muntesir Bi Ellah Platoon in the Sena’I region in the Afrin city center. As a result of this operation, the military vehicle was damaged. Information regarding the number of killed and injured in this operation was not verified.
In total 1 Turkish soldier was killed, 1 Turkish-backed jihadist was killed and 3 turkish-backed jihadists were injured as a result of the operations carried out by our forces.
Al-Jabhat al-Wataniya lil-Tahrir (National Liberation Front) conducted a raid against the Syrian Arab Army’s positions on Tell Abu Asaad in northern Latakia. According to reports, several elements of the Syrian Arab Army were killed in the raid.
Syrian Arab Army captured the village of Jalama from rebels, however, the latter managed to secure Tell Malah from the former. Rebels also launched a raid on Al-Qasabiyah north of Kafr Nabudah. Syrian Arab Army’s commander Omar Naqir was among the killed on Al-Qasabiyah front.

Unknown gunmen wounded two elements of the Syrian government’s Political Security Directorate in the city of Al-Suwayda.
Afghan National Security Forces reportedly killed 30 and wounded 28 elements of the Islamic Emirate of Afghanistan (Taliban) in Baghlan-e Markazi district.
Afghan National Security Forces killed three and arrested six elements of the Islamic Emirate of Afghanistan in Nahri Saraj and Musa Qala districts.
Islamic Emirate of Afghanistan overran an Afghan National Security Forces’ post in Dab Khakrez area of Khakrez district. Eight elements of the Afghan National Security Forces were killed and two were wounded in the encounter.
CJTF-OIR announced a change in their publishing policy. Now one strike report will be published each week on Mondays.
