Left over Islamic State’s improvised explosive device killed one and wounded one civilian in Al-Intifada neighborhood of Raqqa city.
Vehicle-borne improvised explosive device wounded two civilians near Al-Basel roundabout in Al-Ghoiran neighborhood of Al-Hasakah city.
Syrian Arab Air Force conducted air raids over Maarat al-Numaan, Kafr Nabl, Khan Sheikhun, Maaret Hroma, Hazarin, and several other localities in the governorate. Reports claimed that the air raids killed three and wounded three civilians.
Rebel factions shelled Shezar in northwestern Hama. According to the Syrian Arab News Agency, one civilian was killed and three were wounded by the shelling.
Syrian Arab Army and rebel factions clashed in and around Jalama and Tell Malah, as both localities are still considered as disputed between the two.
Free Syrian Army’s Jaysh al-Izza stated that the group targeted and destroyed a Syrian Arab Army’s tank with an anti-tank guided missile on Kafr Houd front.
Free Syrian Army’s commander, Abdul Basset al-Sarot died of wounds sustained during yesterday’s clashes with the Syrian Arab Army near Tell Malah. Al-Sarot was transferred from a hospital in Syria to a hospital in Turkey where he died. Al-Sarot was a commander in the Free Syrian Army’s Jaysh al-Izza since January 2018, when he joined the group with his group Liwa Homs al-Adiya.

Improvised explosive device wounded two civilians in the village of Ghraz in northern Daraa.
Afghan National Security Forces reportedly killed 18 and wounded four elements of the Islamic Emirate of Afghanistan (Taliban) in Aab Paran village of Mohammad Agha district.
Islamic Emirate of Afghanistan ambushed Afghan National Security Forces’ arriving in Regi area of Farah district. According to the Islamic Emirate of Afghanistan’s Al-Emarah News, 11 elements of the Afghan National Security Forces were killed and 15 were wounded, as well as nine vehicles destroyed in the ambush.
Islamic Emirate of Afghanistan ambushed and killed an Afghan National Security Forces’ commander, Muhammad Ali in Bazar area of Qalat district.
