Improvised explosive device killed a commander of Al-Jabhat al-Wataniya lil-Tahrir (National Liberation Front), Safwan Barakat in the village of Urum al-Kubra in western Aleppo.

Unknown gunmen wounded two elements of the Syrian Democratic Forces at a checkpoint near the village of Al-Sahabiyah in western Raqqa.
Hayat Tahrir al-Sham executed seven individuals on charges of cooperating with Russia in the governorate. The executed individuals were allegedly a part of a cell in Al-Dana.
Improvised explosive device wounded two civilians near the village of Khan al-Sabil, southeast of Idlib city.
Faylaq al-Sham’s commander, Mustafa al-Turmanini survived an assassination attempt, which tried to target his vehicle with an explosive device in the village of Atme. The explosive device was discovered and then safely detonated in the vehicle, after the group was unable to dismantle it.
Islamic State’s Amaq Agency claimed that the group killed 17 elements of the Syrian Arab Army in an attack in Al-Faydah area, east of Al-Sukhna.
Improvised explosive device wounded two civilians near the city of Al-Bukamal (Albu Kamal) in eastern Deir al-Zour.
Afghan National Security Forces allegedly killed up to 100 elements of the Islamic Emirate of Afghanistan (Taliban), as the latter launched a major offensive and attempted to advance in Qarabagh district.
Islamic Emirate of Afghanistan’s Al-Emarah News stated that the group overran the administration center of Charchino district from the Afghan National Security Forces. According to Al-Emarah News, at least 19 elements of the Afghan National Security Forces were killed and dozens were wounded in the encounter.
Five elements of the Afghan National Security Forces surrendered to the Islamic Emirate of Afghanistan in Shah Wali Kot district.
