Military events/news are listed below by the governorates:

Aleppo:

Russian Air Force conducted several air raids over the village of Kafr Halab. According to the Syrian Civil Defense (The White Helmets), at least five civilians were killed and more than 10 were wounded by the air raids.

Raqqa:

Improvised explosive device wounded two civilians near Ibn Khaldun school in the city of Raqqa.

Idlib:

Improvised explosive device wounded an element of Hayat Tahrir al-Sham near Al-Farouq mosque in Al-Dana in northern Idlib.

Afghanistan

Paktia Province:

Afghan National Security Forces reportedly killed 39 and arrested seven elements of the Islamic Emirate of Afghanistan (Taliban) in Tsamkani, Zurmat, and Barmal districts.

Ghor Province:

Islamic Emirate of Afghanistan’s Al-Emarah News stated that the group overran Baykan and Shab Shuda areas of Ghor district. According to Al-Emarah News, 27 elements of the Afghan National Security Forces were killed and 22 were wounded in the encounters. Islamic Emirate of Afghanistan seized an armored vehicle, 40 motorcycles, three PK machine guns, two RPG launchers, and 12 assault rifles from the encounters.

Helmand Province:

Islamic Emirate of Afghanistan’s snipers killed four elements of the Afghan National Security Forces in Zarh Pul and Parchawi areas of Nad Ali district.

CJTF-OIR:

CJTF-OIR announced a change in their publishing policy. Now one strike report will be published each week on Mondays.
