Military events/news are listed below by the governorates:

Idlib:

Syrian Arab Army’s artillery, the Syrian Arab Air Force, and the Russian Air Force targeted Kafr Nabl, Kansara, Karsaa, Kafr Sijnah, Maar Tahroma, Shanan, Al-Habit, Ahsem, and several other localities. According to the Syrian Civil Defense (The White Helmets), at least five civilians were killed and six wounded by the targeting.

Hama:

Syrian Arab Army’s shelling of Kafr Zita and its surroundings killed one and wounded one element of Al-Jabhat al-Wataniya lil-Tahrir (National Liberation Front)’s Jaysh al-Nukhba.

Damascus:

Unknown explosion reportedly killed one and wounded between two and five civilians in the city of Ayn Terma in the East Ghouta.

Al-Quneitra:

Former commander of the Free Syrian Army’s Jabhat Thuwar Suriya (Syrian Revolutionaries Front), Abu Jafar Mumtana died in a hospital in Khan Arnabah, as a result of yesterday’s assassination attempt in Mumtana village.

Daraa:

Unknown gunmen killed a former element of the Free Syrian Army’s Liwa Fajr al-Islam in the city of Tafas.

Al-Suwayda:

Unknown gunmen killed a commander of Quwat Sheikh al-Karama militia, Wisam al-Eid (Abu Saleh) in the city of Salkhid in southern Al-Suwayda.

Afghanistan

Badghis Province:

Afghan National Security Forces reportedly killed 35 and wounded 22 elements of the Islamic Emirate of Afghanistan (Taliban), as well as destroyed 35 vehicles in Murghab district, according to the Afghan Ministry of Defense.

CJTF-OIR:

CJTF-OIR announced a change in their publishing policy. Now one strike report will be published each week on Mondays.
