‘Afrin Liberation Forces’ (Hêzên Rizgariya Efrînê) released a new statement claiming that the group conducted two operations against the Turkey-backed Free Syrian Army in northern Aleppo. Full statement released by the group;
Our forces continue to carry out military operations against the Turkish occupation and its mercenaries in Afrin and its environs, which have killed more and more mercenaries.
In this context, and on 26 April, our forces carried out a sniper operation targeted one of the mercenaries of the Turkish occupation in the vicinity of the village of Kiljberin of Azaz, where the mercenary was killed immediately.
On 28 April, our forces carried out a sniper operation targeting a point of concentration of the mercenaries of the so-called “National Army” in the village of Kafr Khashr of the region of Azaz, where a mercenary was killed.

Hayat Tahrir al-Sham executed an element of the Syrian government’s General Intelligence, Colonel Ahmed Ibrahim al-Yusuf and another individual accused of cooperating with the Syrian government in Jouran.
Hayat Tahrir al-Sham’s Jaysh Abu Bakr raided Syrian Arab Army’s Al-Athar checkpoint near Qalaat al-Madiq in northwestern Hama. Reports claimed that 13 elements of the Syrian Arab Army were killed, while three elements of Hayat Tahrir al-Sham were wounded in the raid.
Left over Islamic State’s improvised explosive device killed one and wounded one individual in Al-Shaafa in eastern Deir al-Zour.
Unknown gunmen killed an individual in front of his house in the city of Al-Suwayda.
Afghan Ministry of Defense didn’t release any reports regarding Afghan National Security Forces’ operations across the country.
Islamic Emirate of Afghanistan (Taliban) overran an Afghan National Security Forces’ post in Pol-e Alam district. Two elements of the Afghan National Security Forces were killed and three were wounded in the encounter.
CJTF-OIR announced a change in their publishing policy. Now one strike report will be published each week on Mondays.
