Military events/news are listed below by the governorates:

Aleppo:

Syrian Arab Army and the Turkey-backed Free Syrian Army conducted a prisoner exchange at Abu al-Zindeen crossing near Al-Bab city. Both sides released nine individuals.

Improvised explosive device targeted a police station in Azaz city, wounding three policemen.

Raqqa:

Left over Islamic State’s improvised explosive device killed three and wounded two civilians on Al-Nour street of Raqqa city.

Idlib:

Improvised explosive device wounded a civilian near Al-Dala roundabout in the city of Ariha.

Afghanistan

Afghan Ministry of Defense didn’t release any reports regarding Afghan National Security Forces’ operations across the country.

Badghis Province:

Two elements of the Afghan National Security Forces surrendered to the Islamic Emirate of Afghanistan (Taliban) in Dara Boom district.

Zabul Province:

Islamic Emirate of Afghanistan ambushed and destroyed an Afghan National Security Forces’ vehicle, killing two elements in Lanja Khel area of Shah Joy district.

Helmand Province:

Islamic Emirate of Afghanistan killed and wounded seven elements of the Afghan National Security Forces in Shakar Sheila and Eid Gah areas of Sangin district.

CJTF-OIR:

CJTF-OIR announced a change in their publishing policy. Now one strike report will be published each week on Mondays.
