‘Afrin Liberation Forces’ (Hêzên Rizgariya Efrînê) released a new statement claiming that the group conducted two operations against the Turkey-backed Free Syrian Army in Afrin region. Full statement released by the group;
On March 4, our fighters targeted in a special operation the headquarters of the Turkish occupation army in Basala village in Shirawa district, where the operation resulted in the death of a soldier and two soldiers were wounded, and the destruction of a military vehicle.
On March 4, our fighters also targeted a special operation the headquarter of the mercenaries of al-Jabha al-Shamiya in Mariamin village of Shera district, where the mercenary Ayman al-Shobak killed and the mercenary Ali Abu Islam wounded and four other mercenaries were wounded.
Vehicle-borne improvised explosive device wounded eight civilians near Al-Rayhawi mosque in the city of Al-Bab. Separately, the Syrian Arab News Agency stated that seven civilians were killed and 14 wounded by an improvised explosive device in Maragha village in southern Aleppo. Syrian Arab News Agency also stated that an improvised explosive device killed five and wounded one civilian in the village of Tabaret Maddi in southeastern Aleppo.

Islamic State’s sleeper cells launched attacks on three Hayat Tahrir al-Sham’s points near Saad ibn Abi Waqas mosque, Al-Karltun hotel, and the headquarters of the Syrian Salvation Government in the city of Idlib. According to initial reports, two elements of the Islamic State were killed, while one element of Hayat Tahrir al-Sham was killed and three were wounded in the encounters.
Three elements of the Afghan Local Police surrendered to the Islamic Emirate of Afghanistan (Taliban) in Qaysar and Juma Bazar districts.
Islamic Emirate of Afghanistan overran an Afghan National Security Forces’ military center in Wazir Manda area of Nahri Saraj district. According to the Islamic Emirate of Afghanistan’s Al-Emarah News, 21 elements of the Afghan National Security Forces were killed and wounded, as well as three armored personnel carriers destroyed in the encounter. Two elements of the Islamic Emirate of Afghanistan were killed and two wounded in the same encounter.
