Military events/news are listed below by the governorates:

Aleppo:

Hayat Tahrir al-Sham launched a large attack against Harakat Nour al-Deen al-Zenki on Darat Izza, Taqad, and Khan al-Assal fronts in western Aleppo. Hayat Tahrir al-Sham attacked Harakat Nour al-Deen al-Zenki due to recent alleged assassination of four HTS‘ elements in Darat Izza area. According to a HTS‘ statement, the attack is focused only on Harakat Nour al-Deen al-Zenki and not on the whole Al-Jabhat al-Wataniya lil-Tahrir (National Liberation Front). Reports suggest that Hayat Tahrir al-Sham captured Taqad, Al-Sadiyah, Jabal Barakat and western parts of Darat Izza, as clashes between the two continue in western Aleppo.

Afghanistan

Faryab Province:

Afghan National Security Forces killed ten elements of the Islamic Emirate of Afghanistan (Taliban) in Shirin Tagab district.

Islamic Emirate of Afghanistan attacked an Afghan National Security Forces’ convoy in Islam Kala and Shash Tapa areas of Shirin Tagab district. Ten elements of the Afghan National Security Forces were killed and wounded, as well as five supply trucks destroyed in the attack.

Sar-e Pol Province:

Islamic Emirate of Afghanistan’s Al-Emarah News stated that the group launched a large coordinated attack against the Afghan National Security Forces in Sayyad district, targeting the district’s administration center and nearby checkpoints. According to Al-Emarah, the group seized three checkpoints, as well as killed 30 and wounded 23 elements of the Afghan National Security Forces.

Kapisa Province:

Afghan National Security Forces killed nine elements of the Islamic Emirate of Afghanistan, as well as cleared the villages of Hajian and Nu Abad in Nijrab district.

Islamic Emirate of Afghanistan ambushed and killed three elements of the Afghan Local Police in Nijrab district.

Ghazni Province:

Afghan National Security Forces killed eight and wounded three elements of the Islamic Emirate of Afghanistan in Andar and Nawa districts.

Urozgan Province:

Afghan National Security Forces reportedly killed 19 and wounded two elements of the Islamic Emirate of Afghanistan, as well as destroyed two vehicle-borne improvised explosive devices and several weapons depots and ammunition caches in Chora and Tarinkot districts, according to the Afghan Ministry of Defense.

Zabul Province:

Islamic Emirate of Afghanistan overran two Afghan National Army’s posts in Surkh Sang and Zayarat areas of Arghandab district. Eight elements of the Afghan National Army were killed in the encounter.

Helmand Province:

Afghan National Security Forces reportedly killed 21 elements of the Islamic Emirate of Afghanistan, as well as seized two vehicles and several weapons depots and ammunition caches in Sangin and Nad Ali districts, according to the Afghan Ministry of Defense.

Islamic Emirate of Afghanistan’s snipers killed four elements of the Afghan National Police in Garmsir and Lashkar Gah districts.
