Yekîneyên Parastina Gel’s (People’s Protection Units) Media Center stated that at least four elements of the Turkey-backed Free Syrian Army were killed in three operations conducted by the group in Afrin region. Full statement by the Media Center;
Within the scope of the second phase of the Resistance of the Age in occupied Afrin, our forces carried out three operations targeting the Turkish-backed mercenaries in Afrin city center and in Afrin’s Jinderese district on December 5th. Details of the actions are as follows:
1. On December 5th, one of our units carried out an operation in Mahmoudiya neighborhood of Afrin, targeting the military vehicle of the Sultan Murad Division mercenary commander named Hamza Qarha. As a result, the terrorist and his driver were killed, while the vehicle itself was destroyed.
2. On the same day, our units carried out another operation in Afrin city center, targeting a military vehicle of the Northern Storm Brigade (Liwa al-Shimal) mercenary commander named Abdullah al-Zerbah. The number of the terrorists killed and wounded as a result of this action could not be clarified.
3. On the same day, our forces carried out a sabotage operation against the headquarters of the Sham Legion (Faylaq al-Sham) mercenaries located in the center of Jinderese town. As a result, two terrorists were killed and three were wounded.

Left over Islamic State’s improvised explosive device killed a civilian in the city of Raqqa.
Syrian Arab Army’s snipers killed one and wounded two elements of Faylaq al-Sham in the vicinity of Tell al-Sultan village in eastern Idlib.
Improvised explosive device reportedly killed four and wounded two elements of the Syrian Democratic Forces during combing operations in Hawamah neighborhood of Hajin city.
Afghan National Security Forces reportedly killed 30 elements of the Islamic Emirate of Afghanistan (Taliban) and seized several weapons depots and ammunition caches in Qurghan district, according to the Afghan Ministry of Defense.
Islamic Emirate of Afghanistan’s Al-Emarah News stated that 12 elements of the Afghan Local Police surrendered to the group in Qaysar, Khaibar, and Dawlat Abad districts.
Afghan National Security Forces killed five elements of the Islamic Emirate of Afghanistan in Nadir Shah Kot district.
Afghan National Security Forces reportedly killed 13 and wounded nine elements of the Islamic Emirate of Afghanistan, as well as destroyed a vehicle in Khogyani, Qarabagh, and Nani districts, according to the Afghan Ministry of Defense.
Islamic Emirate of Afghanistan ambushed and destroyed an Afghan National Police’s vehicle, as well as killed two and wounded one policeman in Zartali area of Deh Rawud district.
Afghan National Security Forces killed nine, wounded ten, and arrested seven elements of the Islamic Emirate of Afghanistan in Nad Ali, Jerashk, and Nawzad districts.
Islamic Emirate of Afghanistan’s element infiltrated an Afghan National Army’s checkpoint in Yaklang area of Nahri Saraj district, reportedly killing six elements. The infiltrator seized an RPG launcher and three assault rifles before rejoining nearby Islamic Emirate of Afghanistan’s elements.
Islamic Emirate of Afghanistan’s improvised explosive device destroyed an Afghan National Army’s armored personnel carrier, killing four and wounding six soldiers in Loy Manda area of Nad Ali district.
Islamic Emirate of Afghanistan’s improvised explosive device destroyed an Afghan Local Police’s vehicle in Kamparak area of Maywand district.
