Islamic State’s Amaq Agency stated that an improvised explosive device targeted a Syrian Democratic Forces’ vehicle on Al-Wadi street of Raqqa city. According to the agency, two elements of the Syrian Democratic Forces were killed and one wounded in the explosion.
Unknown gunmen kidnapped and killed a commander of Al-Jabhat al-Wataniya lil-Tahrir’s (National Liberation Front) Harakat Nour al-Deen al-Zenki, Mohammed Youssef al-Sayyid near the village of Aqrabat.
Afghan National Security Forces killed ten and wounded nine elements of the Islamic Emirate of Afghanistan (Taliban) in Pashtun Kot and Qaysar districts.
Islamic Emirate of Afghanistan’s Al-Emarah News stated that 18 elements of the Afghan National Army defected to the group in Derzab district.
Afghan National Security Forces killed three elements of the Islamic Emirate of Afghanistan in Tagab district.
Afghan National Security Forces reportedly killed 18 elements of the Islamic State in Achin, Deh Bala (Haska Meyna) and Pachir Aw Agam districts, according to the Afghan Ministry of Defense.
Islamic State’s improvised explosive device reportedly killed two and wounded two elements of the Afghan National Police in Khalis Famili area of Jalalabad district.

Islamic Emirate of Afghanistan attacked three Afghan National Army’s checkpoints in Rabat Sangi district. Eight elements of the Afghan National Army were killed and seven wounded, while two elements of the Islamic Emirate of Afghanistan were killed and two wounded in the encounters.
Afghan National Security Forces reportedly killed 15 and wounded 12 elements of the Islamic Emirate of Afghanistan, as well as destroyed a vehicle and two motorcycles in Andar district, according to the Afghan Ministry of Defense. Islamic Emirate of Afghanistan’s Al-Emarah News stated that the group repelled an Afghan National Security Forces’ offensive in Andar district, reportedly killing 16 elements and destroying two armored vehicles.
NATO-led Operation Resolute Support released a news release announcing death of three U.S. service members due to an improvised explosive device near the city of Ghazni. Full news release;
Three U.S. service members were killed and three wounded when an improvised explosive device detonated November 27 near Ghazni city. One American contractor was also wounded.
The wounded service members and contractor were evacuated and are receiving medical care.
In accordance with U.S. Department of Defense policy, the name of the service members killed in action are being withheld until 24 hours after notification of next of kin is complete.
Afghan National Security Forces reportedly killed 27 and arrested one element of the Islamic Emirate of Afghanistan, as well as destroyed four fighting positions and three motorcycles in Deh Rawud district, according to the Afghan Ministry of Defense.
Afghan National Security Forces killed five and wounded one element of the Islamic Emirate of Afghanistan, as well as destroyed a vehicle-borne improvised explosive device in Jerashk and Kajaki districts.
Islamic Emirate of Afghanistan attacked an partially destroyed an Afghan National Army’s checkpoint in Khari area of Garmsir district. Three elements of the Afghan National Army were killed and wounded in the attack.
Islamic Emirate of Afghanistan’s snipers killed three elements of the Afghan National Army in Marjah and Jerashk districts.
