Military events/news are listed below by the governorates:

Aleppo:

Free Syrian Army’s Firqat al-Hamza (Hamza Division) handed over four of its checkpoints between Basouta and Afrin city to the military police.

Al-Jaysh al-Watani al-Suri (Syrian National Army) announced the end of security operations in Jarabulus city, which were announced yesterday. The operations did not even take place as all of the wanted individuals agreed to surrender to the military police in Jarabulus.

Daraa:

Syrian Arab Army arrested ten former elements of the Free Syrian Army in the city of Al-Hara in northern Daraa. The elements were arrested as they were attempting to reach Idlib governorate.

Afghanistan

Faryab Province:

Islamic Emirate of Afghanistan (Taliban) wounded three elements of the Afghan Local Police in Borghan area of Khaybar district.

Kunduz Province:

Afghan National Security Forces reportedly killed 13 and wounded seven elements of the Islamic Emirate of Afghanistan, as well as destroyed two fighting positions and defused six improvised explosive devices in Archi (Dasht-e Archi) district.

Ghazni Province:

Afghan National Security Forces reportedly killed 20 and arrested four elements of the Islamic Emirate of Afghanistan, as well as destroyed a vehicle-borne improvised explosive device and a vehicle in Deh Yak and Gelan districts, according to the Afghan Ministry of Defense.

Islamic Emirate of Afghanistan ambushed and killed seven elements of the Afghan National Security Forces in Malestan district.

Islamic Emirate of Afghanistan’s improvised explosive device destroyed an Afghan National Police’s vehicle, killing six policemen in Deh Yak district.

Farah Province:

Afghan National Security Forces killed nine elements of the Islamic Emirate of Afghanistan, as well as destroyed a vehicle, five motorcycles, and several weapons depots and ammunition caches in Pusht Rod district.

Helmand Province:

Afghan National Security Forces reportedly killed 16 and wounded 16 elements of the Islamic Emirate of Afghanistan in Jerashk, Washir, Sangin, and Kajaki districts.

Islamic Emirate of Afghanistan’s snipers killed three elements of the Afghan National Security Forces in Bailary and Dabaro Qulf areas of Nad Ali district.

Kandahar Province:

Afghan National Security Forces killed an element of the Islamic Emirate of Afghanistan in Shah Wali Kot district.

Islamic Emirate of Afghanistan reportedly killed 21 elements of the Afghan National Security Forces, as well as destroyed an armored vehicle, an armored personnel carrier, and two supply trucks in Ordu Balagh area of Shah Wali Kot district, according to the Islamic Emirate of Afghanistan’s Al-Emarah News.

CJTF-OIR:

CJTF-OIR announced a change in their publishing policy. Now one strike report will be published each week on Mondays.
