Military events/news are listed below by the governorates:

Aleppo:

Yekîneyên Parastina Gel (People’s Protection Units) claimed responsibility for the yesterday’s explosion in the city of Afrin, which wounded seven individuals. The group’s media center released a statement regarding the event;

Within the scope of the second phase of the resistance against invaders in occupied Afrin, our forces continue to carry out successful operations against Turkish invasion army and its mercenary allies.

Our units targeted the headquarters of the mercenaries of the so-called “Military Police” in Afrin city center on November 19th. As a result, three terrorists were killed and six others were seriously injured.

Improvised explosive device killed one and wounded one element of the Syrian Democratic Forces in Al-Kajali neighborhood of Manbij city.

Al-Jaysh al-Watani al-Suri (Syrian National Army), backed by Turkey launched security operations in Jarabulus, Al-Bab, and Azaz, after successful operations in Afrin city. The operations will target wanted individuals and armed groups harassing local population. However, reports suggest that most of wanted individuals expressed their readiness to surrender and avoid confrontations.

Afghanistan

Faryab Province:

Afghan National Security Forces wounded one element of the Islamic Emirate of Afghanistan (Taliban), as well as destroyed a hideout and several weapons depots and ammunition caches in Pashtun Kot district.

Balkh Province:

Afghan National Security Forces reportedly killed 14 and wounded 20 elements of the Islamic Emirate of Afghanistan, as well as destroyed a vehicle and two motorcycles in Chaharbolak distirct.

Sar-e Pol Province:

Islamic Emirate of Afghanistan’s Al-Emarah News stated that an Afghan National Army’s commander, Muhammad Neam surrendered to the group in Kala Sokhta area of Sar-e Pol district. Neam reportedly handed over an armored vehicle, and an assault rifle to the Islamic Emirate of Afghanistan.

Kabul Province:

Suicide bomber targeted an event in Uranus Hotel in the city of Kabul. According to the Afghan Ministry of Public Health, at least 40 individuals were killed and 60 wounded in the incident.

Laghman Province:

Afghan National Security Forces killed one and wounded two elements of the Islamic Emirate of Afghanistan, as well as destroyed 20 kilograms (44 pounds) of explosive materials in Alishang district.

Ghazni Province:

Afghan National Security Forces killed 11 and wounded eight elements of the Islamic Emirate of Afghanistan, as well as destroyed a vehicle and several weapons depots and ammunition caches in Waghaz, Andar, and Ghazni districts.

Farah Province:

Islamic Emirate of Afghanistan’s Al-Emarah News stated that the group released around 35 arrested elements of the Afghan National Security Forces in Bakwa district. The elements were released on the orders of the Islamic Emirate of Afghanistan’s leader, Hibatullah Akhundzada after they stated that they will not rejoin ranks of the Afghan National Security Forces.

Zabul Province:

Islamic Emirate of Afghanistan’s improvised explosive device destroyed an Afghan National Army’s armored personnel carrier in Peshi Band area of Shinkay district.

Afghan National Army’s element surrendered to the Islamic Emirate of Afghanistan in Loy Killi area of Shinkay district.

Helmand Province:

Afghan National Security Forces killed 12 and wounded three elements of the Islamic Emirate of Afghanistan, as well as destroyed several weapons depots and ammunition caches in Jerashk, Marjah, Nad Ali, and Sangin districts.

Islamic Emirate of Afghanistan overran an Afghan National Army’s post, killing three and wounding two soldiers in Sarkar Veyala area of Lashkar Gah district. One element of the Islamic Emirate of Afghanistan was killed in the encounter.

Islamic Emirate of Afghanistan ambushed and destroyed an Afghan National Army’s armored personnel carrier in Haji Amin Aka Sheila area of Sangin district.

Islamic Emirate of Afghanistan’s snipers killed five elements of the Afghan National Army in Sarkhaduz and Tangano Godar areas of Nawa-I-Barakzayi districts.

Kandahar Province:

Islamic Emirate of Afghanistan’s improvised explosive device destroyed an Afghan National Police’s vehicle, killing two and wounding one policeman in Tabin area of Arghandab district. Separately, an Islamic Emirate of Afghanistan’s improvised explosive device destroyed an Afghan Local Police’s motorcycle and killed an element in Snag Hisar area of Zhari district.

CJTF-OIR:

CJTF-OIR announced a change in their publishing policy. Now one strike report will be published each week on Mondays.
