Aleppo:

Unknown gunmen attacked a court of the Syrian Democratic Forces’ Manbij Military Council in western part of Manbij city. The gunmen clashed with security guards, without any reports about casualties on either side.

Idlib:

Al-Jabhat al-Wataniya lil-Tahrir (National Liberation Front) conducted security operations in eastern Maarat al-Numaan region, targeting individuals who promote reconciliation with the Syrian government. The operations were conducted in Tahtaya, Al-Rafa, Al-Halba, Al-Tamaneh, Al-Farja, Al-Khuwayn, and Umm al-Khalakhil. According to the reports, a number of individuals were arrested in the operations. Hayat Tahrir al-Sham also conducted security operations targeting Islamic State’s cells and individuals who promote reconciliation with the Syrian government, reportedly arresting around 30 individuals.

Afghanistan

Kunduz Province:

Islamic Emirate of Afghanistan’s (Taliban) improvised explosive device destroyed an Afghan National Police’s armored vehicle, killing five policemen in Chahar Dara district.

Kunar Province:

Islamic Emirate of Afghanistan’s improvised explosive device targeted an Afghan National Police’s vehicle, wounding four policemen in the city of Asadabad, capital of Kunar Province.

Nangarhar Province:

Logar Province:

Afghan National Security Forces killed five and wounded three elements of the Islamic Emirate of Afghanistan, as well as destroyed a motorcycle and several weapons depots and ammunition caches in Muhammad Agha district.

Paktia Province:

Afghan National Security Forces killed three and wounded five elements of the Islamic Emirate of Afghanistan in Zurmat district.

Five elements of the Afghan National Security Forces defected to the Islamic Emirate of Afghanistan in Ahmad Khel district.

Ghazni Province:

Islamic Emirate of Afghanistan killed 19 and wounded 11 elements of the Afghan National Security Forces, as well as destroyed eight vehicles in Ghazni and Andar districts, according to Al-Emarah News.

Farah Province:

Afghan National Security Forces killed 16 and wounded 37 elements of the Islamic Emirate of Afghanistan in Bala Buluk district, according to the Afghan Ministry of Defense.

Zabul Province:

Afghan National Security Forces killed two and wounded 12 elements of the Islamic Emirate of Afghanistan in Shinkay district.

Helmand Province:

Afghan National Security Forces killed 12 and wounded 15 elements of the Islamic Emirate of Afghanistan, as well as found and defused three improvised explosive devices and destroyed a fighting position in Dishu, Sangin, and Nawa-I-Barakzayi districts.

Afghan National Security Forces raided an Islamic Emirate of Afghanistan’s prison in Musa Qala district, freeing ten individuals from it, including four elements of the Afghan National Police. Two elements of the Islamic Emirate of Afghanistan were arrested and 100 kilograms (220 pounds) of opium seized in the raid.
