Aleppo:

Improvised explosive device killed a civilian in the city of Darat Izza, northwest of Aleppo.

Idlib:

Vehicle-borne improvised explosive device targeted the building of the Syrian Salvation Government’s ‘Ministry of Local Administration and Services’ in the city of Idlib. According to the reports, one civilian was killed and around 35 wounded by the explosion.

Al-Quneitra:

‘Ministry of Defence of the Russian Federation’ stated that the Russian Military Police will deploy in the UNDOF‘s buffer zone along the Bravo line adjacent to the Israeli-held Golan Heights, as well as establish eight temporary observation posts in the area. The military police will act as UN peacekeepers and will hand over the posts to the Syrian Arab Army after the situation stabilizes.

Afghanistan

Takhar Province:

Afghan National Security Forces killed one, wounded four, and arrested one element of the Islamic Emirate of Afghanistan (Taliban), as well as cleared the villages of Mumin Qashlaq, Zarbecha, and Barlou in Khwaja Ghar district from the group’s presence. Islamic Emirate of Afghanistan’s Al-Emarah News stated that the group repelled an Afghan National Security Forces’ offensive in Khwaja Ghar district, killing four and wounding eight elements.

Kunar Province:

Afghan National Security Forces killed three elements of the Islamic Emirate of Afghanistan and two elements of the Islamic State, as well as wounded two elements in Wata Pur and Asmar districts.

Nangarhar Province:

Afghan National Security Forces killed five elements of the Islamic State in Deh Bala (Haska Meyna) district.

Five elements of the Afghan National Police defected to the Islamic Emirate of Afghanistan in Hisarak district.

Logar Province:

Afghan National Security Forces killed six and arrested one element of the Islamic Emirate of Afghanistan in Baraki Barak district.

Paktia Province:

14 elements of the Afghan National Security Forces defected to the Islamic Emirate of Afghanistan in Ahmad Khel district.

Badghis Province:

Residents of Bar Gul and Shahr Arman areas in Qadis district pledged their allegiance to the Islamic Emirate of Afghanistan. The aforementioned areas consists of 63 villages and around 2500 families, under the leadership of tribal leaders Fazal Ahmad Akhunzada and Abdul Qadir Khan. The tribal leaders reportedly handed over 1000 assault rifles, 40 PK machine guns, and 10 RPG launchers to the Islamic Emirate of Afghanistan, as well as offered a military unit consisting of 1000 individuals.

Ghazni Province:

Afghan National Security Forces killed four and wounded one element of the Islamic Emirate of Afghanistan in Andar district. Reports suggest the Islamic Emirate of Afghanistan killed nine and wounded one element of the Afghan National Security Forces in Andar district.

Afghan Local Police’s element surrendered to the Islamic Emirate of Afghanistan in Waghaz district.

Farah Province:

Urozgan Province:

Afghan National Security Forces killed three and wounded two elements of the Islamic Emirate of Afghanistan in Tarinkot district. Islamic Emirate of Afghanistan stated that eight elements of the Afghan National Security Forces were killed in Kotwalo area of Tarinkot district.

Nimruz Province:

Afghan National Security Forces arrested three elements of the Islamic Emirate of Afghanistan in Khash Rod district.

Helmand Province:

Afghan National Security Forces destroyed four Islamic Emirate of Afghanistan’s fighting positions in Jerashk and Nad Ali districts.
