Al-Hasakah:

Improvised explosive device killed one and wounded two civilians in Al-Salhiyah neighborhood of the city of Al-Hasakah.

Idlib:

Hayat Tahrir al-Sham publicly executed a smuggler in the city of Idlib, on the charges of killing and robbing individuals he was supposed to smuggle from Darkoush area to Turkey. The executed individual reportedly admitted he killed and robbed three individuals, while reports claimed the smuggler killed and robbed 17 individuals.

Improvised explosive device killed one and wounded one civilian on the road between Ariha and Al-Mastouma. Similarly, two civilians were wounded by an improvised explosive device in the city of Salqin.

Hama:

First batch of rebel elements and their families were evacuated from Al-Quneitra governorate and arrived at Morek in northern Hama through Qalaat al-Madiq crossing in western Hama. The batch reportedly consisted of around 2800 rebel elements and civilians, who will be transferred to camps for internally displaced persons in Aleppo and Idlib governorates.

Al-Quneitra:

Second batch of rebel elements and their families were evacuated from the governorate towards northern Syria. According to the reports, the batch consisted of at least 22 buses carrying around 1000 individuals.

Syrian Arab Army and allies entered Tell Ahmar Gharbi, Tell Ahmar Sharqi, Al-Asbah, Kawdenah, Ayn al-Abed, Ayn al-Basha, Majduliyah, Rasm al-Halabi, Zubaydah, and Ruwayhinah as part of a reconciliation agreement with rebel factions.

Daraa:

Rebel elements who refused reconciliation with the Syrian government, and their families were evacuated today from Mahajah towards northern Syria. Syrian Arab News Agency stated that ten buses evacuated around 250 individuals from the locality.

Syrian Arab Army and allies reportedly captured Tell al-Jumou in western Daraa from the Islamic State-affiliated Jaysh Khalid ibn al-Walid. However, reports also surfaced stating that Jaysh Khalid ibn al-Walid repelled Syrian Arab Army’s attacks on Tell al-Jumou, so the locality should be treated as disputed for now.

Afghanistan

Baghlan Province:

Islamic Emirate of Afghanistan (Taliban) overran an Afghan National Police’s checkpoint in Nahrin district. Two elements of the Afghan National Police were killed and 12 wounded in the encounter.

Kabul Province:

Islamic Emirate of Afghanistan ambushed a group of National Directorate of Security’s elements in Arghandi area of Paghman district. Six elements of the National Directorate of Security were killed in the ambush. Islamic Emirate of Afghanistan seized a vehicle, two assault rifles, three pistols, eight mobile phones, a GPS device, three binoculars, and two cameras from the killed elements.

Nangarhar Province:

Herat Province:

Afghan National Security Forces destroyed an Islamic Emirate of Afghanistan’s vehicle and seized several weapons depots and ammunition caches in Gulran district.

Ghazni Province:

Afghan National Security Forces arrested three elements of the Islamic Emirate of Afghanistan, as well as seized a vehicle and several weapons depots and ammunition caches in Andar district.

Farah Province:

Zabul Province:

Two Islamic Emirate of Afghanistan’s elements infiltrated an Afghan National Army’s checkpoint in Arghandab district, reportedly killing four soldiers. The two elements seized an RPG launcher, four assault rifles, and a PK machine gun before linking up with nearby Islamic Emirate of Afghanistan’s elements.

Helmand Province:

Afghan National Security Forces seized several Islamic Emirate of Afghanistan’s weapons depots and ammunition caches in Jerashk and Sangin district.

Islamic Emirate of Afghanistan overran an Afghan National Police’s post in Kala Sangar area of Lashkar Gah district. Five elements of the Afghan National Police were killed and three wounded, while an element of the Islamic Emirate of Afghanistan was killed and another wounded in the encounter.

Kandahar Province:

Islamic Emirate of Afghanistan’s improvised explosive device destroyed an Afghan National Army’s vehicle, killing and wounding six soldiers near Spin Boldak district’s administration center.

CJTF-OIR:

CJTF-OIR announced a change in their publishing policy. Now one strike report will be published each week on Mondays.
