Aleppo:

Several elements of the Free Syrian Army’s Firqat al-Hamza belonging to Al-Yaba group stormed Al-Salam and Al-Hikma hospitals in the city of Al-Bab and physically assaulted medical staff in the hospitals. Firqat al-Hamza issued a statement distancing/separating itself from commander Hamed Al-Bulad (Al-Yaba) and his group after the incidents took place. Demonstrations were held in front of Al-Bab’s police station and called for a strike, due to today’s incidents at the hospitals. Free Syrian Police arrested elements of Al-Yaba group and brought them in front of the demonstrators, where the leader of Al-Yaba group, Hamed Al-Bulad was physically assaulted with a shoe, reportedly by one of the members of the medical staff that was assaulted by the group earlier.

Two civilians were killed when an unexploded ordnance exploded in the city of Hayan, northwest of Aleppo.

Al-Hasakah:

Syrian Democratic Forces reportedly captured Al-Hasou, Hassoun al-Basha, and Al-Dahu in southeastern Al-Hasakah from the Islamic State.

Homs:

Ammunition depot belonging to Al-Jaysh al-Watani al-Suri’s (Syrian National Army) Al-Faylaq al-Rabea (Fourth Corps/Legion) exploded in the city of Talbisah in the Northern Homs pocket. The explosion reportedly killed three and wounded five elements of Al-Faylaq al-Rabea, as well as killed one and wounded several civilians.

Damascus:

Third batch of rebel elements and their families started evacuating from Yalda, Babbila, and Beit Sahem south of Damascus, towards northern Aleppo. Syrian Arab News Agency stated that 63 buses carrying fighters and civilians left the aforementioned localities towards northern Syria.

Syrian Arab Army and allies fully captured the southern part of Al-Hajar al-Aswad from the Islamic State. After the capture of the southern part, the Syrian Arab Army started attacking the northern part of Al-Hajar al-Aswad and Al-Yarmouk camp. Daily situation in Al-Yarmouk camp can be found here.

Quneitra:

Improvised explosive device wounded two civilians near the village of Bariqa, south of the city of Quneitra.

Afghanistan

Faryab Province:

Islamic Emirate of Afghanistan (Taliban) attacked an Afghan Local Police’s checkpoint in Jam Jumma Kala area of Dawlat Abad district. One element of the Afghan Local Police was killed and six wounded in the attack.

Badakhshan Province:

Afghan National Security Forces reportedly recaptured Kohistan district from the Islamic Emirate of Afghanistan, a day after the latter captured it. Afghan National Security Forces also killed four and wounded three elements of the Islamic Emirate of Afghanistan in the province.

Islamic Emirate of Afghanistan killed 12 and wounded over a dozen of Afghan Local Police’s elements in Darayim and Tishkan districts.

Laghman Province:

Unknown explosion killed one and wounded seven civilians in the city of Mihtarlam, capital of Laghman Province.

Nangarhar Province:

Afghan National Security Forces killed seven elements of the Islamic Emirate of Afghanistan and two elements of the Islamic State, as well as wounded three and arrested eight elements of the Islamic Emirate of Afghanistan in Deh Bala (Haska Meyna) and Khogyani districts.

Islamic Emirate of Afghanistan’s improvised explosive device killed three elements of the Afghan National Police in the city of Jalalabad, capital of Nangarhar Province.

Logar Province:

Islamic Emirate of Afghanistan killed four and wounded over a dozen of Afghan National Army’s elements in the city of Pol-e Alam, capital of Logar Province.

Badghis Province:

Islamic Emirate of Afghanistan overran an Afghan National Army’s checkpoint in Abgarmak area of Ghormach district. Six elements of the Afghan National Army were killed and four wounded in the encounter. Islamic Emirate of Afghanistan seized two PK machine guns, two assault rifles, and large quantities of ammunition from the checkpoint.

Herat Province:

Islamic Emirate of Afghanistan’s element infiltrated Afghan National Army’s positions in Boryabaf area of Pashtun Zarghun district and opened fire on the elements present in the area. The infiltrator killed an Afghan National Army’s commander, as well as two other elements of the army and seized an armored vehicle, a PK machine gun, an RPG launcher, and three assault rifles.

Ghazni Province:

Afghan National Security Forces killed 36 and wounded 21 elements of the Islamic Emirate of Afghanistan, as well as destroyed seven motorcycles and several weapons depots and ammunition caches in Andar district, according to the Afghan Ministry of Defense. Islamic Emirate of Afghanistan killed nine and wounded ten elements of the Afghan National Army in Ghazni and Andar districts.

Urozgan Province:

Afghan National Security Forces killed three and wounded two elements of the Islamic Emirate of Afghanistan in the province.

Zabul Province:

Islamic Emirate of Afghanistan attacked and destroyed two Afghan National Army’s checkpoints; Cilink and Zanzir in Daychopan district, reportedly killing 12 soldiers and seizing three PK machine guns in the process. One elements of the Islamic Emirate of Afghanistan was wounded in the encounter.

Islamic Emirate of Afghanistan attacked an Afghan National Army’s supply convoy in Zarha Noorak area of Qalat district. Three elements of the Afghan National Army were killed and two wounded, while one element of the Islamic Emirate of Afghanistan was killed in the attack. Two supply tankers were also destroyed in the attack.

Helmand Province:

Afghan National Security Forces killed eight and wounded two elements of the Islamic Emirate of Afghanistan in the province.

Islamic Emirate of Afghanistan’s improvised explosive device destroyed an Afghan National Army’s armored personnel carrier in Awpashak Manda area of Jerashk district.

Islamic Emirate of Afghanistan’s snipers killed and wounded 13 elements of the Afghan National Army in Nad Ali, Jerashk, and Nawa-I-Barakzayi districts.

Kandahar Province:

Islamic Emirate of Afghanistan attacked an Afghan National Army’s checkpoint in Salsun area of Maruf district, killing four soldiers as they were retreating from the checkpoint. Islamic Emirate of Afghanistan seized six motorcycles and nine assault rifles from the encounter.

Islamic Emirate of Afghanistan’s improvised explosive device killed and wounded three elements of the Afghan National Army in Urdo Balagh area of Shah Wali Kot district.

Islamic Emirate of Afghanistan’s snipers killed four elements of the Afghan National Army in Tanawchi area of Shah Wali Kot district.
