Aleppo:

Batch of Jaysh al-Islam’s elements and their families arrived in the city of Al-Bab through Abu al-Zindeen crossing. The batch consisted of 3458 individuals and will be transferred to Al-Bal camp near Azaz. Reports suggest that the Free Syrian Army’s elements disarmed Jaysh al-Islam’s elements arriving in northern Aleppo with the batch. The same reports suggest that the Free Syrian Army disarmed the elements, after receiving orders from Turkish officers. Free Syrian Army’s elements allegedly said that the disarmament and hand over of the weapons to Turkey was ordered by Jaysh al-Islam’s leader, Essam al-Buwaydhani.

Idlib:

Russian Air Force conducted air raids over Al-Naqir and Tarmala villages. According to the Syrian Civil Defense (The White Helmets), two civilians were killed and one wounded by the air raids over Al-Naqir.

Syrian Civil Defense (The White Helmets) stated that 27 civilians were killed and more than 110 wounded by the last night’s unknown explosion in the vicinity of Al-Rahman mosque in Al-Nasim neighborhood of the city of Idlib.

Homs:

Casualties reportedly rose from the yesterday’s targeting of Syrian Arab Air Force’s Tiyas Military Airbase (T-4 Airbase) by the Israeli Air Force. According to the reports, at least seven elements of the IRGC and allied militias were killed by the targeting of the airbase.

Free Syrian Army’s Jaysh Maghawir al-Thawra (Revolutionary Commando Army) stationed at Al-Tanf released a statement, saying that the group is ready to enter in order to fight against the Islamic State and Syrian Arab Army. Jaysh Maghawir al-Thawra called on the CJTF-OIR to provide military support to the group.

Daraa:

Improvised explosive device killed two civilians on the road between Al-Baeyat and Satah Zihnan villages in Al-Lujat region. Similarly, a civilian was killed by an improvised explosive device in the city of Al-Malihiyah al-Sharqiyah.

Afghanistan

Jowzjan Province:

Islamic Emirate of Afghanistan’s (Taliban) element infiltrated Afghan Local Police’s positions in Khanaqa district. The infiltrator killed a policeman and seized a motorcycle and two assault rifles, before linking up with the nearby Islamic Emirate of Afghanistan’s elements.

Afghan Local Police’s element surrendered to the Islamic Emirate of Afghanistan with his weapon in Aqcha district.

Kunduz Province:

Kunar Province:

Islamic Emirate of Afghanistan raided Afghan National Army’s military base and checkpoint in Nari district, killing two and wounding two soldiers. Similarly, four elements of the Afghan National Army were killed and two wounded in several Islamic Emirate of Afghanistan’s attacks in Nari district.

Nangarhar Province:

Islamic Emirate of Afghanistan conducted several attacks against the Afghan National Army in Surkh Rod district, reportedly killing six and wounding three soldiers.

Khost Province:

Islamic Emirate of Afghanistan’s improvised explosive device killed one and wounded one element of the Afghan National Army in the city of Khost. Separately, Islamic Emirate of Afghanistan’s sniper killed an element of the Afghan National Army in the city of Khost.

Badghis Province:

Islamic Emirate of Afghanistan’s improvised explosive device targeted a vehicle of the Afghan National Army in Khair Khana area of Qadis district. The explosion reportedly wounded Afghan National Army’s commander, Abdul Sattar and another element of the army.

Islamic Emirate of Afghanistan’s sniper killed an element of the Afghan National Army in Morchaq area of Murghab district.

Ghazni Province:

Afghan National Security Forces killed seven and wounded three elements of the Islamic Emirate of Afghanistan, as well as captured several weapons depots and ammunition caches in Ab Band district.

Islamic Emirate of Afghanistan ambushed Afghan National Army’s elements in Qarabagh district, reportedly killing three and wounding two soldiers.

Farah Province:

Afghan National Security Forces killed five and wounded eight elements of the Islamic Emirate of Afghanistan in Bala Buluk district.

Urozgan Province:

Afghan National Security Forces killed six and wounded 11 elements of the Islamic Emirate of Afghanistan in Khas Urozgan district.

Zabul Province:

Afghan National Security Forces killed an element of the Islamic Emirate of Afghanistan and destroyed a motorcycle in Shah Joy district.

Islamic Emirate of Afghanistan attacked Afghan National Army’s foot patrol in Peshi Band area of Shinkay district. Six elements of the Afghan National Army were killed and wounded, while two elements of the Islamic Emirate of Afghanistan were wounded in the encounter.

Helmand Province:

Afghan National Security Forces killed three and wounded one element of the Islamic Emirate of Afghanistan, as well as destroyed a vehicle, a motorcycle, and 30 improvised explosive devices in Nad Ali district.

Islamic Emirate of Afghanistan’s snipers killed six elements of the Afghan National Army and Afghan Local Police in Nawa-I-Barakzayi and Jerashk districts.

Kandahar Province:

Islamic Emirate of Afghanistan’s improvised explosive device killed an element of the Afghan National Police in Baba Sahib area of the 13th Police District in the city of Kandahar.

CJTF-OIR:

CJTF-OIR announced a change in their publishing policy. Now two strikes reports will be published each week, on Mondays and Fridays.
